Muddy plunge
Penny mis-judged this time and was knee-deep in the mud. Luckily she managed to get herself out, otherwise dad was going to have to venture in there. See Wildcast.net

A quick tip for next-time :) if she'd left her shoes off, she wouldnt've got stuck. :) Its a physics thing, pressure of the mud on outside of shoes, putting pressure on airpockets inside shoes.
Barefeet dont get stuck at all and a lot more fun :)

Riverman has much experience. Thanks. I'm a barefoot freak too. Only wear shoes if I really have to and the same with the girls. But this area was full of thorns and walking on that dry mud sure hurts. When rescueing that buffalo the other day, I was barefoot in the mud and didn't have any hassles. Thanks again.
