Lions Take Turns To Mate

Kim is away in South Africa to get supplies and to see his family so I am holding the fort. Todays clip continues on from yesterday.

I had a great afternoon at Hwata Pan. Hartebeest and zebra came in to drink. I have seldom had such a peaceful afternoon. The sun was warm, the birds were singing and all was right with the world!

Soon the doves arrived to drink and the air was awash with fluttering birds.

A lovely sunset finished off the evening. I have been keeping an ear to the radio for news of Nduna, the male in Manyari’s old pride. He was spotted with a snare around his middle. As soon as he is located, I hope to go along with the team that removes it.
