I am back in Canada and have many South African friends here. I was rooting for the team and was thrilled when they beat England!
Congrats to the boys. It was amazing and heart warming to see everyone come together in supporting the bokke. The whole Cape Town townships went crazy on Saturday night. We celebrated till the morning. Jake white’s plan worked. Well done to the bokke! Im proud to be South African.
Amazing stuff, am still tryin to heal my vocal cords. No offense to Deaf people, but I will have to sign my way through the week.
It was just great and in the end it had nothing to do with race and everything to do with being a nation filled with hope.
