At this time of year Lesililije spring doesn’t provide the elephant herds with any refreshment, but they can often be found here in the heat of the day.
There’s enough water seeping out the rocks to keep the drainage line moist and muddy and this is what the elephant come here for, a cooling off session in the middle of the day.
