Having spent most of the morning catching up with things I was out in the field all afternoon.

There was a report of lions having killed a zebra in the north. I followed up but couldn’t find them.

Only at dusk on my home, I found 10 members of the Nduna pride swaying down the road under the weight of all their hugely distended stomachs.
They sure had eaten well.
And as is usual after a big meal, the lions have to drink to help with the digestion of all that meat. Quite easily 20kgs per customer. Now that’s a huge number of steaks!

Hi Kim,
How big is the pride? Where is the dominant male? No cubs were born this spring?
Great video Kim, noting better than to wach a big cat strolling away with a swinging belly.
Meaning they had success today, thats what its all about.
