This part of the mural is just to the left of all the giraffe.
And yet another giraffe, but this one’s been painted over with a kudu?
It looks like we might have paintings done at 3 separate times. The elephant, all the giraffe and then this kudu.

Hi Kim,
On this latest group of paintings, I wonder what that blue, kind of zig-zag image represents. If you would forgive me for my imagination, but looking closely it almost looks like the remnant of a painting of a prehistoric animal like a dinosaur. Especially since you mention that there are layers of images in this location.
Would appreciate your comment on this observation. Thanks.

Imagine if there were paintings of dinosaurs! But unfortunately not so. That zigzag looks like weathering on the rock.
I don’t think man and dinosaurs co-existed. Mammals first started appearing at the end of the dinosaur era - and those mammals were very primitive. Mammal man took a long time to evolve from that time.
Thanks for both comments. With respect to nuanetsi’s comment, now I feel really stupid, lol.

Sorry - did not mean that; I thought I was just being informative. I learn a lot from other people’s posts - so I was just doing what I thought was a little bit from me.
No problem. You were informative. I forgot the dinosaur timeline.
