I’ve really enjoyed looking at your photos and video clip, I felt really envious when watching the clip of you walking along the dried riverbed with bare feet.
I grew up in Zambia, always loved taking trips into the bush, its in my blood now and I want to get back to it as soon as I can.
The stampede reminded me of this time I was assisting on a night game drive, it was just after we had a sundowner and it was dark enough. We knew there was a herd of buffalo in the distance from earlier. Something must have spooked them cause I suddenly felt and heard a rumbling that got louder and closer. It was the scariest thing when you can’t see them. I was only a youngster and was wondering if they were going to squash us at any moment. They certainly came close, we couldn’t hear each other talking!
Anyway, goodtimes!
Keep those pics coming, they’re brilliant!!
